About Us

Equity Law Costing was established in 1997 by business partners Wendy and Suzanna Popplewell. The firm has a wide knowledge of legal costs and is experienced in all areas of civil costs procedure providing a professional service. We have the resources and expertise to deal with even the most complex matters and have dealt with high profile matters such as the BCCI litigation involving the Bank of England. The firm has a policy of continual professional development (CPD) for all draftsmen ensuring that they remain up to date with changing legislation, procedure and case law.

Wendy Popplewell - Partner
